Great Lakes Equipment Company is an international dealer of used and reconditioned Caterpillar replacement parts and components. We purchase Caterpillar machines and dismantle them in our Chicagoland plant; thoroughly inspecting and cleaning each part and component.

Those parts and components that are in excellent condition are immediately added to our inventory. Others requiring any type of rebuild service are tested to determine worthiness. Those that pass our rigorous inspections are then rebuilt and placed into inventory. Those that show a less than "potential positive" rating are discarded or are offered with a full condition disclosure.
